Maria graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Mark and Maria built or renovated over 56 houses in Chapel Hill, the Blowing Rock area, Colorado, and Utah. Using her extensive background in renovation, Maria become a top producer in High Country real estate sales and marketing, opening her own firm in 2007 as broker-in-charge. 

Mark Owens, Broker, Realtor

Mark, who grew up in the real estate business, is instrumental in meeting practical needs at Owens Realty. He maintains properties, going above and beyond what most firms offer including constant checking of the security of your home, managing home maintenance issues, lawn care, signage, flyers, and even painting. Mark meets clients' needs with flexibility, tailoring his role to the specific property. He also works with clients buying and selling land, and can assist with house siting and septic and well permits.

Rebecca Baird, Office Manager

As the office manager, Rebecca handles the technical and marketing aspects of the business. Rebecca and Mark photograph and measure all properties. A computer whiz and born organizer, Rebecca enters listings, handles paperwork, and manages websites and email marketing. She is in constant contact with clients and strives to offer the friendliest, highest-quality service to all clients.
